Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee driver activities and events, aiming to boost driver productivity and engagement.

You will coordinate with teams, analyze potential channels to acquire drivers, and ensure high satisfaction for drivers and passengers in your area. The role requires a D3 or higher in relevant fields, 2 years in fleet/ logistics operations, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and MySQL.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education, preferably in System Information or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in operational administration for fleet management or logistics.
• Proficient with laptop and Office tools, especially Excel/Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Google Apps Script and MySQL.
• English at an intermediate level would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for managing driver activities and events to increase productivity and engagement.
• Discipline and strategic thinking; identify potential areas/channels to acquire drivers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction for both drivers and passengers in the area.
