PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our manpower team in Palu. You will engage with drivers and partners, handle driver acquisitions, and help manage recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (S1) with GPA at least 3.00, demonstrates strong communication, and is proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office apps. This role requires initiative, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA >= 3.00 is required.
• Based in Palu.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Other systems & tools.
• Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and creativity are valued.
• Able to work under pressure.
