Job summary

PT. Setya Kuliner Mandiri is seeking a technically skilled designer to create and develop technical drawings and architectural designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) in line with company standards.

You will conduct site surveys, assess building conditions for prospective restaurants, and prepare cost estimates and renovation timelines. Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure quality and compliance, and oversee renovation processes on-site until final results meet

• Experience conducting site surveys and evaluating building conditions.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and renovation timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop technical drawings and architectural designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) according to company standards
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for each project from design to renovation execution
• Conduct site surveys and assess building conditions for prospective restaurants to determine design and renovation requirements
• Prepare cost estimates (RAB), renovation timelines, and update current material prices
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure design results meet company standards
• Oversee renovation processes on-site until final results comply with specifications and quality standards
