Job summary

PT Megaroyal IT Comindo is looking for a skilled drafstman to convert engineers' sketches into shop, as-built, and detail drawings for data center projects. You will use CAD tools and ensure drawings meet technical standards and applicable regulations.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp is essential. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a collaborative mindset are required. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering
• Certification in AutoCAD or other design software training is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience as a drafter in construction, manufacturing, or technical installation projects.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if possessing a strong portfolio and proficiency in design software.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other relevant technical design tools.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings (shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detail drawings) based on technical specifications, sketches, or instructions from engineers or architects.
• Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent) to accurately produce and modify technical drawings according to industry standards.
• Ensure working drawings comply with technical standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations, including SNI or international standards (ISO, IEC, etc.).
• Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to clarify design requirements and perform necessary revisions.
• Update drawings based on design revisions or on-site adjustments.
• Maintain and systematically archive technical drawing documentation for easy access by the project team.
• Assist the engineering team in planning and product/technical installation development, providing technical drawing inputs.
• Perform field measurements (when required) to ensure accurate data for drawing preparation.
• Provide visual support and technical documentation throughout the fabrication, installation, or construction phases.
• Ensure drawing completion meets project timelines and work efficiently to support overall project progress.
