Job summary

PT Megaroyal IT Comindo is seeking an engineer to oversee Data Center infrastructure, MEP, and related systems in Jakarta. You will install, test, and commission infrastructure, configure DCIM software, and update layouts with AutoCAD. Strong analytic skills and willingness to travel are essential.

The role involves collaborating with sales and HQ engineers, coordinating with deployment teams, and delivering design proposals and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical/Mechanical/CS/IT with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Associate degree (D3) in Electrical/Mechanical/IT with GPA ≥ 3.50.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of experience in MEP, data center/infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with DCIM tools or AutoCAD/drafting software is a plus.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure, protocols (SNMP, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU), or electrical power systems.
• Willingness to travel for work/site deployments.
• Logical and analytical skills in planning designs system topology and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Data Center infrastructure and MEP systems in compliance with project specs.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot DCIM software and related system integrations.
• Utilize AutoCAD (2D/3D) to review and update Data Center layout designs, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical power, cabling, and infrastructure issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Perform quality control testing on electrical power systems, cable installations, lighting, and terminations.
• Collaborate with sales team and HQ engineers to understand client requirements and prepare design proposals.
• Coordinate with deployment teams and contractors to ensure on-time, within-spec deliveries.
• Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for customer inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, System Information, or relevant major with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or

Associate degree (D3) in Electrical/Mechanical/IT-related major with a minimum GPA of 3.50.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in Mechanical Electrical (MEP), Data Center infrastructure, or IT infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Familiarity with Data Center construction/infrastructure, MEP systems, or network and IT topology design.

Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools or AutoCAD/drafting software is a plus.

Good understanding of network infrastructure, protocols (SNMP, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU), or electrical power systems.

Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel for work/site deployments.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Data Center infrastructure and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software and related system integrations.

Utilize AutoCAD (2D/3D) review and update Data Center layout designs, single-line diagrams, and technical section drawings.

Apply hands‑on technical expertise to diagnose and resolve electrical power, cabling, and infrastructure issues to ensure operational continuity.

Perform quality control (QC) testing on electrical power systems, cable installations, lighting systems, and point cable terminations.

Collaborate with the sales team and HQ engineers to understand client requirements, design technical solutions, and prepare comprehensive project design proposals.

Coordinate with internal deployment teams and contractors to ensure project deliveries align with specifications, schedules, and quality expectations.

Provide timely technical support, product debugging, and issue resolution for customer inquiries.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, project records, and product roadmap updates to support compliance and continuity.
