Job summary

PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk. is seeking a motivated Architectural Drafter to support the design team in Jakarta.

You will develop working drawings, layouts, elevations, and details for project requirements, ensuring drawings align with design developments and site conditions. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, familiarity with ArchiCAD, and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year as a drafter.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; ArchiCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop working drawings and technical drawings for project requirements.
• Create layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Revise drawings based on design developments and site conditions.
• Coordinate drawings with the Design, Project, and relevant teams.
• Assist with site measurements and verification of existing conditions when required.
