Job summary

Bali International Polytechnic mencari dosen dengan kualifikasi Lektor Kepala untuk mengajar di Program Diploma Hotel Management dan bidang terkait. Kandidat perlu memiliki S2 di bidang terkait dan pengalaman mengajar minimal 5 tahun di pendidikan tinggi.

Kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang baik diperlukan, serta komitmen terhadap Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pekerjaan on-site dengan fasilitas kampus lengkap dan peluang pengembangan profesional.

Qualifications

• Gelar Magister (S2) di bidang Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, atau bidang terkait.
• Punya pangkat akademik setara Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala).
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman mengajar di pendidikan tinggi di bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pemahaman kuat industri perhotelan dan penerapan praktik industri dalam pembelajaran.
• Kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal sangat baik.
• Mahir berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.
• Komitmen terhadap Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dan pengembangan pendidikan perhotelan.
• Sertifikasi profesi di hospitality akan menjadi keuntungan.
• Bersedia terlibat aktif dalam pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian, dan aktivitas akademik lain.

Responsibilities

• Mengajar program Diploma maupun program terkait di bidang perhotelan.
• Melakukan penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah.
• Berperan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta kerja sama institusional.
• Berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan akademik sesuai kebijakan institusi.

Job description

Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Tourism Management, or a related field.

Possess a minimum Associate Professor academic rank (Lektor Kepala).

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in higher education, particularly in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel industry, with the ability to integrate industry practices into the learning process.

Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in both Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) and the development of hospitality education.

Professional or competency certifications in hospitality or hotel management will be considered an advantage.

Willing to actively participate in teaching, research, community service, and other academic activities as required by the institution.

Placement : Politeknik Internasional Bali (Jl. Pantai Nyanyi, Beraban, Tabanan) around 20 minutes from Canggu
