Job summary

Air Liquide Indonesia is seeking a Bulk Logistics Manager to lead the distribution team, optimize fleet efficiency, and drive cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and full regulatory compliance. You will oversee assets such as tractors and ISO tanks, manage CAPEX and CAPA, and report KOIs to executives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics or Engineering and at least 7 years in bulk logistics, preferably in chemicals or industrial gases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
• 7+ years in bulk logistics; background in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Gases preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with data-modeling habits.
• Programming knowledge (e.g., Google Apps Script) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bulk Logistics team, including drivers, dispatchers, and analysts.
• Optimize fleet efficiency and cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Drive the S&OP process with production facilities and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily delivery activities, route planning, and Load per KM optimization.
• Manage asset utilization, maintenance, and uptime for tractors and ISO tanks.
• Investigate transport incidents and implement CAPA actions.
• Monitor KOIs and logistics costs; prepare monthly cost analyses and CAPEX tracking.
