Job summary

BP AKR Fuels Retail in Indonesia seeks an experienced Head of Supply to lead the end-to-end fuel supply chain strategy, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-efficient and resilient operations. You will oversee procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, supplier performance, and supply chain optimization while upholding HSSE standards and regulatory requirements.

You will report to senior management and drive continuous improvement, budgeting, and talent development across the supply organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, trading or distribution.
• Experience managing nationwide fuel supply operations and ensuring continuity.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy.
• Lead Supply Planning via S&OP to ensure supply security.
• Oversee fuel procurement, supplier relationships, and continuity.
• Manage terminal replenishment, transport, logistics and product distribution.
• Optimize inventory levels, working capital, and reduce losses.
• Drive efficiency via improvement initiatives and data analytics.
• Build partnerships with suppliers, terminals, shipping and transport providers.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead crisis management, emergency response, and BCP.
• Manage budgeting, performance reporting, and talent development.
