Job summary

ParagonCorp mencari profesional Distribution Planning berpengalaman untuk mengoptimalkan proses perencanaan distribusi, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan bekerja sama dengan tim internal seperti KAM, CMM, Operasional, SCM, Keuangan, serta mitra rantai pasokan utama.

Anda akan menganalisis kinerja casefill, memantau stok, dan mendukung peluncuran produk baru dengan model inventori di DC/NDC, serta mengelola fase masuk/keluar produk agar ketersediaan tetap optimal.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana (S1) di Teknik Industri atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di Distribution Planning / Rantai pasok / Logistik.
• Keterampilan analitis, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi lintas fungsi.
• Mampu bekerja dengan data, sistem, dan alat analitik.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi serta rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan performa layanan melalui kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan mitra utama.
• Memantau dan menganalisis kinerja casefill, mengidentifikasi akar masalah, serta mendorong tindakan korektif.
• Menjamin proses pemenuhan pesanan pelanggan yang akurat melalui penggunaan sistem dan platform terkait.
• Menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan perencanaan distribusi, termasuk perencanaan pengiriman ke DC/RDC, pemenuhan casefill, dan peningkatan layanan.
• Mengelola baseline serta model persediaan untuk item existing dan NPD di DC/NDC.
• Mengkoordinasikan fase masuk (phase-in) dan keluar (phase-out) produk untuk menjaga ketersediaan stok.
• Berkolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk mengenali isu operasional, mengusulkan solusi, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Job description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategies and action plans to improve service level performance by collaborating with internal stakeholders, including KAM, CMM, Operations, SCM, Finance, and Parama, as well as external customers and key account supply chain partners.
• Monitor and analyze casefill performance, including casefill loss trees, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure a smooth and accurate customer order fulfillment process by utilizing relevant systems, tools, and platforms.
• Analyze and optimize distribution planning processes, including shipment planning to DC/RDC, casefill fulfillment, and service level improvement, to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain baseline and inventory/stock models for existing items and New Product Development (NPD) across Distribution Centers (DC) and National Distribution Centers (NDC).
• Coordinate and manage phase-in and phase-out processes to ensure optimal inventory availability and smooth product transitions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to identify operational issues, develop solutions, and continuously improve distribution planning performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering or a related field. Other majors are welcome with relevant experience in Distribution Planning or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Distribution Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service level and operational excellence.
• -Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
