Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Distribution communication, engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Distribution leaders to strengthen leadership visibility and engagement.
• Design and execute communication campaigns supporting recruitment, productivity, and digital adoption.
• Own content strategy and governance for agent-facing platforms.
• Lead development of leadership materials, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships to align initiatives and drive decisions.
• Lead adoption initiatives to position MyNewStore as a valuable platform for agents.
• Establish governance and continuous improvement for Distribution communications.
