Job summary

AQUA ELEKTRONIK PRODUCT SERVICE & SUPPORT is seeking a Display Manager to oversee display targets and performance across AQUA booths. You will develop processes, set targets for new and MH models, and ensure samples are showcased effectively.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree, 2+ years in a similar role, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP. English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus. Jakarta-based with fast-paced environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Familiar with product appliances and strong presentation skills.
• Able to speak English; Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) and ERP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Persuasive, innovative, and team-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a display management process to achieve AQUA display targets.
• Set display targets and monitor performance.
• Prototype management to ensure that all AQUA booth displays the sample.
• Improve MH models display and MH display targets achieved.
• Set the target of new models and ensure all new models displays achieve target.
• Make the weekly display report (Total/MH/NEW MODELS/HERO MODELS) and take action to improve display.
• Stock tracking from GTM system and follow up with field force if data are delayed.

• Set the target of new models and make sure all new models display achieve target

• Stock tracking from Go to Market (GTM) system and following up to field force if the data are delayed
