Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks a Discrete Manufacturing Consulting Manager to drive business analysis, design and transformation for manufacturing clients. You will manage projects on site and coordinate with solution teams to translate requirements into digital solutions.

The role also involves identifying opportunities, developing proposals and supporting business development while mentoring others. English proficiency and prior consulting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Consulting.
• Strong experience in discrete manufacturing industries (Automotive, Electronics, FMCG, etc.).
• Experience in business transformation areas such as Sales/Marketing and SCM.
• Strong project management skills with consulting teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent logical thinking and workshop facilitation ability.
• Business-level English communication (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Prior consulting firm experience preferred.
• Experience in proposal development and client relationship activities preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end consulting or ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Experience in data analysis such as market analysis and SCM data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, To-Be Design, process transformation and digital transformation for clients in manufacturing industries.
• Project management at client site and bridge solutions to development teams to deliver digital solutions.
• Analyze clients' business, identify opportunities for consulting services, develop proposals and close deals.
