Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships or market development within payments.
• Experience working with digital merchants, platforms, marketplaces or fintechs in payments.
• Understanding of card payments, merchant acquiring, digital acceptance and e-commerce models.
• Experience owning commercial, revenue, or P&L targets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic digital players as the lead commercial partner for Mastercard opportunities.
• Develop and execute Mastercard's digital acceptance strategy across major digital merchants, platforms and payment partners in Indonesia.
• Lead end-to-end engagement with strategic digital platforms to increase card acceptance and usage.
• Identify barriers to online card-payment growth and translate opportunities into plans.
• Create commercial propositions and transaction economics to boost acceptance and growth.
• Improve the end-to-end online payment experience with merchants, issuers and acquirers.
• Expand Mastercard services including merchant solutions and data insights.
• Develop business cases and commercial models to support partnerships and investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Marketing, Acceptance and Account Management teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform strategy and priorities.
• Deliver against commercial objectives with strong ownership of execution.
