Job summary

Haleon in Indonesia seeks a Commercial Site Partner to act as the Digital & Tech contact for the commercial site in Indonesia. You will enable technology adoption, coordinate demand, solve operational issues, and support the rollout of digital solutions that help commercial teams perform at their best.

You will work with local stakeholders and regional/global Digital & Tech teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or related field.
8+ years in Technology, IT Support, Digital Enablement, or IT Business Support.
Experience with commercial digital tools; multinational matrix experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support commercial teams by addressing technology needs, requirements, and issues.
Ensure continuity, stability, and effective use of commercial technology solutions.
Coordinate intake, prioritization, and resolution of requests with regional and global teams.
Support local deployment and rollout of Digital & Tech initiatives affecting the commercial org.
Coordinate testing, user support, and post-implementation stabilization.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Development teams on operational technology topics.
Ensure all solutions comply with Digital & Tech standards, security, data privacy, and governance.
