Job description

PT Nusa Jaya Power is seeking an active, communicative candidate with sales capabilities to join as a Digital Sales Executive. The role involves finding and developing leads and customers through various online channels, handling incoming leads with active and professional follow-up, understanding customer needs and providing suitable product recommendations, and managing communication from initial contact through negotiation and closing.

Key responsibilities

Find and develop leads and customers through online channels including WhatsApp, Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Marketplace, and other digital platforms

Handle incoming leads and provide active and professional responses and follow-up

Identify customer needs and provide information or product recommendations that are suitable

Conduct communication with prospective customers through the offer, negotiation, and closing stages

Build good relationships with customers and maintain communication during the sales process

Assist in implementing and understanding Digital Ads strategy to obtain higher quality leads

Learn and understand company product knowledge, particularly Genset and Industrial Equipment, to explain products well to customers

Coordinate with relevant teams in the quotation creation process and customer requirements

Achieve sales targets set by the company

About you

Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers

Active, communicative, persuasive, and possess good negotiation abilities

Understand the sales process from lead generation through follow-up and closing

Have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Ads such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads

Preferably have experience or knowledge regarding Genset, Machinery, Electrical, or Industrial Equipment

Quick learner and able to understand technical product knowledge

Target-oriented and possess high enthusiasm in the sales field
