Job summary

PT Ray Propertindo is seeking a proactive Digital Business Development Executive to grow our property business through digital channels. You will generate and manage leads, train users on the One System and CRM, and update manuals to meet customer needs.

Role includes designing curricula, advocating IT strategies, and presenting at events. You will travel region 2 (Central Java to Bali) and communicate in English while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance or banking company.
• Tech Savvy and willing to learn more about current and upcoming digital trends.
• Comfortable doing training and presentations, online and offline.
• Willing to travel to Ray White Offices within the region 2 (Central Java to Bali).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Having a sense of customer service.
• Good with troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property leads through digital channels and internal systems.
• Design curriculum and upgrade administrator/user manuals for the One System/CRM.
• Conduct training for all users from office principals to local administrators and end users.
• Advocate IT strategies within the organization and present at corporate events.
