• Advises hotels on appropriate on-strategy eCommerce priorities and tactics
• Coordinates with Area Director of Sales and Marketing to set ecommerce goals for their cluster/hotels
• Reviews hotel progress against goals, provides reporting and analyzes performance issues
• Manages budgets for eCommerce activities for the cluster/hotels
• Develops quarterly game plans for Area or Cluster hotels
• Collaborates with Vice President of Brand Marketing and DFMs to execute online brand marketing plans
