Job summary

Alamipac is expanding digitally and seeks a Digital Marketing & Content Creator Specialist to build its online identity. You will craft daily posts, short videos, and captions that showcase product advantages like heat resistance and leak-proof design.

You will manage Instagram and TikTok from scratch, respond to client inquiries, and optimize ad spend for efficient lead generation. Portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce.
• Experience in B2B / F&B / packaging is a plus.
• Portfolio of video content/design or ad campaigns required.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Alamipac's Instagram and TikTok from scratch.
• Develop Content Calendar and daily content (photos, short videos, captions) highlighting product advantages.
• Respond to DMs and comments from prospective clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up and run Instagram and Facebook ads targeting F&B business owners for lead generation and samples.
• Optimize monthly ad budget for cost-efficient lead generation.

Alamipac is an environmentally friendly food packaging provider (biodegradable cornstarch food packaging) undergoing digital expansion to reach more culinary business owners, catering services, and restaurants throughout Indonesia. We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creator Specialist with a creative spirit and results-oriented mindset to build Alamipac's digital identity from zero.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Alamipac's Instagram & TikTok accounts from scratch
• Develop Content Calendar and create daily content (photos, short videos/Reels/TikTok, and captions) that demonstrate product advantages (heat resistance testing, leak-proof, durability)
• Respond to questions (DM/Comment) from prospective clients on social media in a friendly and professional manner
• Set up and run ads (Instagram & Facebook Ads) to reach F&B business owners (focus on Lead Generation & free samples)
• Optimize monthly advertising budget for efficiency (affordable Cost Per Lead)

About you

• More than 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or E-Commerce
• Experience in B2B / F&B / Packaging industry is a plus
• Experienced in producing short video content independently using smartphone/simple camera and editing applications (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar)
• Good understanding of Ads (FB/IG Ads) and basic advertising data analysis
• Communicative, independent, sales target-oriented, and has high initiative
• Willing to provide Portfolio (examples of previous video content/design or advertising campaign results)
