Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a senior Credit Risk Strategy leader to shape the acquisition framework for its digital lending products. You will own the strategy, set score cut-offs, and refine the decision engine to balance growth with risk discipline.

You will design champion-challenger and A/B tests, monitor the acquisition funnel for conversion improvements, and partner with Business, Modelling, Product, Fraud and Operations to implement robust credit controls.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in credit risk or underwriting strategy.
• Hands-on experience with digital lending or unsecured retail lending.
• Strong knowledge of scorecards, decision engines, and credit policy.
• Proficient SQL skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and strategy optimization.
• Commercial mindset with sound risk discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition credit risk strategy across digital lending products.
• Develop underwriting strategy, credit rules, score cut-offs and decision engine.
• Design and execute champion-challenger and A/B testing.
• Monitor acquisition funnel and identify conversion improvement opportunities.
