• Ensure data management, processing, and storage to generate high-quality reports, analyses, risk identifications, and risk monitoring.
• Support the Head of Digital Lending Collections in developing, implementing, and monitoring projects related to collection business activities.
• Support the Head of Digital Lending Collections in maintaining process controls to mitigate operational, reputational, legal, and compliance risks.

What You Will Do

• Identify potential risks associated with collection activities or systems, both prior to and following implementation.
• Measure potential portfolio risks to ensure established targets are met.
• Monitor collection processes to ensure portfolio performance aligns with targets.
• Prepare and present accurate, integrated, and timely reports to stakeholders.
• Properly process, manage, and store data to prevent leaks and mitigate potential fraud.
• Support the Head of Digital Lending Collection in building, implementing, and monitoring systems related to collection activities.
• Support the Head of Digital Lending Collection in enhancing collection processes to improve efficiency and productivity in achieving established targets.
• Assist the Head of Digital Lending Collection in ensuring smooth collection operations and satisfactory audit outcomes.
• Support the Head of Digital Lending Collection with process controls, including prevention, detection, initial investigation, and evaluation to mitigate operational, reputational, and legal/compliance risks.
• Assist in ensuring smooth back-office collection operation functions.

What You Need to Have

• Bachelor's degree (Economics, Engineering) with at least 5 years of experience in Credit/Collections
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of collection principles and their application
• Possesses knowledge of communication and consultation
