• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing strategy and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, MyAds, CRM and marketing automation.
• Proficient in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with company business targets

Lead and develop Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, and Content Creator teams

Optimize digital channels including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, MyAds, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media

Oversee lead generation and conversion processes through effective coordination with telemarketing teams

Develop content strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and sales

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations

Set team KPIs and ensure consistent achievement

Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, market research, and competitor analysis

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing

Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams

Understanding of performance marketing strategy and funnel conversion

Experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, MyAds, CRM, and marketing automation

Strong data analysis capabilities

Communicative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally

Target and results-oriented

Experience leading telemarketing or sales development teams is a plus
