Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 0–3 years in digital marketing or e-commerce roles.
• Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.
• Basic understanding of paid ads on Meta, Google.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Good writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day digital sales across e-commerce marketplaces and own website.
• Update listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Track daily sales and coordinate with logistics.
• Maintain a sales tracker and provide regular updates.
• Execute approved content calendar for social media.
• Coordinate with agencies to meet briefs and timelines.
• Produce marketing content: captions, video, blog copy.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, reviews.
• Execute ads per campaign brief, budget, targets.
• Track and report key metrics using analytics tools.
