Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a digital production specialist to manage end-to-end digital assets for online touchpoints. You will handle image prep, onsite uploads, banner creation, and ad-hoc updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.

You will work in a fast-paced remote environment with global teams, applying your Adobe skills, asset management prowess, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality content across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital production or content management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing.
• Strong understanding of digital asset formats and file management, with Magento Page Builder priority.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with excellent time management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Image Retouching & Quality Control: ensure catalog image quality and follow guidelines.
• Onsite Upload & Pre-Launch Checks: verify image order, renaming, size and format, and pre-launch verifications.
• Banner & Onsite Material Creation: design weekly banners and coordinate approvals with GD.
• Images Handover to Production Hub: bi-weekly handover aligned with shoot timelines and budget tracking.
• Ad-Hoc image resizing and PDP updates: resize KOL images, adjust PDP, and prepare app previews as needed.
• Cover and Hover selections: plan website layout to highlight key styles and colors.
