Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Artwork Production Specialist to lead the end-to-end management of packaging artwork—from adaptive design through to digital images. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency across omnichannel channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive CGI pack images and digital assets, while maintaining high quality and cost discipline in all artwork workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.5/4.0 in Engineering or Arts & Design.
• 1–3 years' experience in FMCG packaging/artwork management or similar.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong technical packaging and printing skills are required.
• Experience in R&D packaging/product development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end artwork process from design to digital images.
• Coordinate with marketing, design agencies and external vendors.
• Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency and brand quality.
• Oversee CGI pack images and omnichannel packaging content.
