Job summary

Bank DBS Indonesia is recruiting for an Operations professional at the Jakarta Head Office. The role focuses on processing payment remittance, tax payments and collection transactions in compliance with DBSI policies and external regulations.

You will ensure transactions are processed accurately within service level agreements and strive for high efficiency while delivering quality service to customers.

This is a full-time, regular schedule position based at the Jakarta Head Office.

Responsibilities

• To process Payment Remittance, Tax Payment and Collection transactions in compliance with DBSI policies and procedures, Service Standard and external regulations.
• To ensure all transactions are processed correctly and accurately in compliance with Bank policies, procedures and guidelines, within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• To process all transactions in the highest efficiency and effective manners while maintaining the highest standard of service rendered to customers

Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).
