Job summary

CPA Staffing Partners is seeking a DevOps Engineer (AI Compute) to design, build, and operate high‑performance compute infrastructure for AI workloads. You will manage Linux systems, containerized apps, and Kubernetes, while implementing IaC and automation to streamline deployments across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will develop automation with Python, Bash, and Go, maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor health and performance, and participate in incident response.

Qualifications

• Proven Linux system administration experience.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• IaC knowledge, especially Terraform.
• Scripting in Python and Bash; Go is a plus.
• CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and deployment automation.
• Monitoring/observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or CloudWatch.
• Understanding of performance, resource utilization, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Experience with GPU AI/ML workloads or HPC is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Jakarta, Karawang, Yogyakarta, or Central Java area.

As a DevOps Engineer (AI Compute), you will be responsible for building, managing, automating, and optimizing infrastructure environments that support high-performance computing workloads.

Key responsibilities

Build, deploy, maintain, and optimize compute infrastructure supporting AI workloads.

Manage Linux-based infrastructure, containerized applications, and Kubernetes environments.

Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and scalability.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation to streamline deployment and management.

Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, and Go.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Monitor infrastructure health, resource utilization, system performance, and service availability.

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, participate in incident response, and conduct root cause analysis.

Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and engineering teams to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualification

Strong experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure engineering.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash; Go experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and infrastructure deployment automation.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or CloudWatch.

Understanding of infrastructure performance, resource utilization, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Experience with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or high-performance computing (HPC) is an advantage.

Candidates open to relocating to Jakarta, Karawang, Yogyakarta, or Central Java area will be a big plus.
