Job summary

CPA Staffing Partners is seeking a DevOps Engineer (AI Compute) to design, build, and operate high‑performance compute infrastructure for AI workloads. You will manage Linux systems, containerized apps, and Kubernetes, while implementing IaC and automation to streamline deployments across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will develop automation with Python, Bash, and Go, maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor health and performance, and participate in incident response.

Qualifications

• Proven Linux system administration experience.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• IaC knowledge, especially Terraform.
• Scripting in Python and Bash; Go is a plus.
• CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and deployment automation.
• Monitoring/observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or CloudWatch.
• Understanding of performance, resource utilization, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Experience with GPU AI/ML workloads or HPC is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Jakarta, Karawang, Yogyakarta, or Central Java area.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, maintain, and optimize compute infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Manage Linux-based infrastructure, containerized apps, and Kubernetes environments.
• Support cloud and on‑prem infrastructure operations for availability and scalability.
• Implement IaC and automation to streamline deployment and management.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Go.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure health, resource utilization, performance, and service availability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and participate in incident response.
• Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and engineering teams to improve platform reliability.
