Job summary

PT Daya Mineral Alam (DMA) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to support financial operations. This role handles transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in finance/accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a mining-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions, journal entries, and accounting documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment monitoring.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of transactions and balances.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense reports, and schedules.
• Maintain documentation for invoices, receipts, tax documents, and other records.
• Monitor expenses and assist with budget tracking and cost control.
• Support tax administration and ensure financial documents are complete.
