Job summary

Beca, Inc. is seeking an ICT Technical Analyst - Desktop to support the IT Customer Service team in Jakarta. You will maintain desktop and laptop hardware, provide 1st/2nd line support, and ensure smooth operation of our Windows-based ICT environment and Office 365 tools.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide staff through technical issues and contribute to a reliable IT infrastructure across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in desktop and laptop products in Windows environments.
Experience delivering 1st/2nd line IT support.
Familiar with Office 365, Group Policy, Windows OS, and device management.

Responsibilities

Provide effective ICT support to all Beca users across the business.
Deliver high quality IT service to internal and external clients.
Manage, prioritize or escalate incidents and service requests to maintain customer satisfaction.
Provide timely communications to clients and ICT team leads.
Assist with setting up project site offices and provide documentation as required.
Assist with server issues or outages as required.
Maintain stock of company hardware/peripherals.
Provide end-user IT support for hardware and software and train staff on ICT systems.
