Bureau Veritas Indonesia is seeking a Deputy Project Coordinator for QMS Inspection to support offshore and onshore inspection activities in the Oil & Gas sector. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field and 5+ years of project coordination experience are required.

The role requires familiarity with TPI, QMS, IRC, and offshore mobilization, with English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project coordination, vendor inspection, or QA/QC administration within Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
• Experience with IOC clients; familiarity with BP standards is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TPI, shop inspection workflows, QMS, and IRC.
• Offshore personnel mobilization knowledge including MCU, BOSIET/FOET, PPE, site clearance.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Deputy Project Coordinator QMS Inspection

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project coordination, vendor inspection, or QA/QC administration within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.

Experience with major IOC clients; familiarity with BP standards is an advantage.

Good understanding of TPI, shop inspection workflows, QMS, and Inspection Release Certificates (IRC).

Familiarity with offshore personnel mobilization, including MCU, BOSIET/FOET, PPE, and site clearance.

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple inspection schedules and deadlines.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
