Job summary
Bureau Veritas Indonesia is seeking a Deputy Project Coordinator for QMS Inspection to support offshore and onshore inspection activities in the Oil & Gas sector. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field and 5+ years of project coordination experience are required.
The role requires familiarity with TPI, QMS, IRC, and offshore mobilization, with English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency. Immediate joiner preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project coordination, vendor inspection, or QA/QC administration within Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
- Experience with IOC clients; familiarity with BP standards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with TPI, shop inspection workflows, QMS, and IRC.
- Offshore personnel mobilization knowledge including MCU, BOSIET/FOET, PPE, site clearance.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical project activities and inspections.
- Ensure timely delivery with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple inspection schedules and deadlines.
