Job summary

PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia seeks a Project Coordinator MEP to lead MEP supervision across multiple construction sites. The role requires 7+ years of on-site experience and proven staff management abilities in complex projects, with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and related codes.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a master’s degree is highly preferred.

Project Coordinator MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Have minimum 7 years experiences working in the construction project site.
• Have experience and ability to manage few staff in the multiple project sites.
• Experience in MEP supervision, QA/QC, MEP Engineering on construction projects (Experience in data center and/or manufacturing projects is highly preferred).
• Have knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and construction processes and depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Understand about Fire Life Safety Code and its implementation in the building.
• Understand about Fire Fighting System Code(s) and its implementation in the building.
• Understand about HVAC systems Code(s) and its implementation in the building.
• Have experience in the project site relate to Electrical Safety Assessment and Energy Audit activities.
• Have ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems.
• Experience or have involved process inspection, witnessing, and doing SAT and FAT.
• Have certificate of competencies (SKK) related to Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing field.
• Have an AK3 Listrik Certificate of competency is highly preferred.
