Qualifications

• Degree in programme management, renewable energy policy, socioeconomic development, economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy or big-scale operational programs.
• Experience with international humanitarian or development organizations.
• Ability to work with government partners and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; manage resources and timelines.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure procurement, financial governance, and MEL alignment.
• Lead with safeguarding, health, safety, and ethics across activities.
