Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead regional budgeting, financial analysis, and decision support for diverse business units across Southeast Asia. You will bridge data and corporate aims while guiding a small finance team and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factories.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and English proficiency to interact with multinational leadership and expatriate executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in finance.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Consumer Goods or similar operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting Sales & Marketing through financial analysis and expense monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, review, and execution monitoring of annual budgets for regional operations.
• Monitor budget utilization and variances between actuals and planned budgets.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare regular management reports, analysis packages, and dashboards for leadership.
• Track KPIs to support business performance evaluation.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales and Marketing activities.
