Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Depot Manager to oversee daily operations of the depot, drive overall business performance, and ensure compliance with HSSE and company standards. You will lead a team, manage cost efficiencies, develop strategies aligned with Group goals, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

This role entails full P&L responsibility and accountability for safety and financial results.

• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze operations and develop cost-effective suggestions.
• Review procedures to meet high standards of execution and customer expectations.
• Lead and develop the team; promote learning and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Establish HSSE and all business compliance standards; ensure safe work environment.
• Drive digital and creative solutions to address business challenges.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Achieve core KPI targets for operations and finance.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders at the depot.

Job description

The Depot Manager is responsible for the overall containers' depot performance, overseeing the daily operations, driving the overall business and ensure operations compliance & excellence of the assigned Depot, in order to deliver sustainable profitable growth and achieve corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure that the core activities are functioning smoothly and efficiently, while developing and driving strategies, in line with Group’s strategies, allowing to achieve long term profitable growth in assigned depot.
• Analyze markets, identify business opportunities, develop business prospects for sustainable growth of the business.
• Keep abreast with emerging issues in the industry and advise management and clients accordingly.
• Drive strategic improvement to enhance operational and organizational efficiency.
• Identify key customers and build sustainable relationships with new and existing key customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Full P&L responsibility. Oversee control of all the financial aspects of the business and balance sheet including forecasting and budgeting
• Propose measures to improve profitability, when relevant, in accordance with the Group strategy
• Prepare and present the financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for entities under scope.
• Analyze operations and develop cost effective suggestions in line with the business’s direction.
• Review operational procedures and make necessary amendments to achieve high standards of execution, to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Lead and develop his/her team, promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of high performance and engagement within the organization.
• Establish and implement Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) and all other business compliance standards. Accountable to ensure a safe work environment and a continuous improvement in HSSE processes.
• Drive digital and other creative solutions to address business challenges.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Achieve core KPI targets for Operations: Productivity (lift-on / off), customers complaints, HSSE management (0 accident policy, attention to environment, Inventory management / dwell time
• Achieve core KPI targets for Finance: P&L, Cash
• Crucial role of representing the company with external stakeholders in assigned depot (subcontractors, administration, government authorities, etc.)
