Pengiklan Anonim mencari General Manager yang berpengalaman untuk mengawasi operasi perusahaan secara menyeluruh, termasuk Depot, Purchasing, HRGA, dan fungsi pendukung lainnya di Jakarta Timur. Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Manajemen Bisnis, Operasi, Logistik, Supply Chain, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimum 3-5 tahun pengalaman pada posisi manajerial/senior manajemen yang mengawasi beberapa fungsi/departemen.
• Minimum 8-10 tahun pengalaman profesional di Depo, Manajemen Rantai Pasokan dan HRGA.
• Kemampuan Strategis, Manajemen Operasional, Perencanaan & Organisasi.
• Mersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Kemampuan bahasa Inggris lancar (menulis dan berbicara).
• Bersedia bekerja di Cakung, Jakarta Timur.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi operasi perusahaan secara keseluruhan dan memastikan fungsi pendukung berjalan efektif.
• Mengarahkan operasi depo termasuk penerimaan kontainer, penyimpanan, inspeksi, perbaikan, pemeliharaan, pembersihan, rilis, dan pergerakan.
• Mengawasi pembelian agar mendapatkan harga kompetitif dengan kualitas, spesifikasi, dan jadwal pengiriman sesuai prosedur.
• Mengawasi HRGA mulai perencanaan tenaga kerja, rekrutmen, hubungan karyawan, kinerja, kebijakan, fasilitas, dan administrasi.
• Memantau biaya operasional, biaya depo, biaya tenaga kerja, serta pengeluaran administrasi sesuai anggaran.
• Menetapkan KPI operasional dan departemen untuk Depot, Purchasing, HRGA, dan fungsi terkait.
• Memimpin pengembangan manajer, supervisor, dan karyawan melalui arahan, coaching, dan umpan balik kinerja.
• Memastikan kepatuhan operasional terhadap hukum, peraturan, kebijakan internal, keselamatan, dan prosedur perusahaan.

Job description

Oversee the overall operations of the company and ensure that Depot, Purchasing, HRGA, and other supporting functions operate effectively and support the company's business objectives.

Direct and monitor depo operations, including container receiving, storage, inspection, repair, maintenance, cleaning, release, and movement, ensuring operational efficiency, container availability, quality, and customer service requirements are maintained.

Oversee purchasing activities to ensure goods and services are procured at competitive prices, with appropriate quality, specifications, delivery schedules, vendor performance, and compliance with company purchasing procedures.

Supervise HRGA activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, company policies, facilities, general services, and administrative matters to ensure the company has adequate resources and a productive working environment.

Monitor operational expenses, purchasing costs, depot costs, manpower costs, and other administrative expenses, ensuring expenditures are controlled within approved budgets and aligned with business priorities.

Establish and monitor operational and departmental KPIs for Depot, Purchasing, HRGA, and other relevant functions, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.

Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and employees by providing direction, coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.

Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, safety requirements, and company procedures, while maintaining proper control over containers, equipment, materials, company assets, and other resources.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, depot service providers, security providers, and other business partners to ensure service quality, competitive costs, and reliable operational support.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, organizational structure, and service quality, and provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to the Director/Management.

Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior management position overseeing multiple functions or departments.

Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Depo, Supply Chain Management and HRGA

Having Strategic Management, Operational Management, and Planning & Organization Skills

Proficiency in english both writing and speaking

Willing to work at Cakung, East Jakarta
