Job summary

PT THE JANNAH PROJECT (Jannah Restaurant) is seeking a Demi CDP or Senior Commis to lead the grill station in Bali. You will prepare diverse grilled items, ensure quality, and uphold safety and plating standards.

You must manage mise en place, work with a busy kitchen team, and be available for shifts, weekends, and public holidays in Seseh, Badung, Bali.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Demi CDP or Senior Commis in grill focusing on the grill section.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, marinades, temperatures, and safety standards.
• Maintains high personal hygiene, discipline, neatness, and stamina.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in Seseh, Badung, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee daily operations at the grill station during service hours.
• Cook and prepare grilled dishes (meat, seafood, poultry, & vegetables) following recipes and plating guidelines.
• Consistently control meat doneness, cooking temperatures, and food quality.
• Manage station preparation (mise en place) and keep ingredient stocks filled.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and proper care of all grilling equipment and work stations.

Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and proper care of all grilling equipment and work stations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Demi CDP or Senior Commis focusing on the grill section in Casual Fine Dining restaurants or hotels.

Good technical knowledge of meat cuts, marination techniques, temperature control, and food safety standards.

Maintains high standards of personal hygiene, disciplined, neat, and possesses good working stamina.

Able to work efficiently and collaborate well within a busy kitchen team.

Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Willing to be placed in Seseh, Badung, Bali.
