Job summary

Luxasia is a leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific, seeking a seasoned Demand and Supply Planning Manager for Jakarta to lead 12-month rolling forecasts, coordinate S&OP, and balance supply with demand across channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in planning, strong SAP and Excel skills, and proven leadership. You will drive improvements, manage inventory, and develop the planning team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of demand and supply planning experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in purchase planning, inventory management and SLOB reduction, preferably in beauty, FMCG, retail or distribution.
• Practical SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading S&OP discussions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, structured and adaptable, with sound commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating sales trends, promotions, new launches and product discontinuations
• Drive S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align demand, supply and business priorities
• Oversee supply and purchase planning to balance product availability, inventory levels and working capital
• Coordinate with brand principals and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and resolve supply constraints
• Manage inventory allocation and rebalancing across channels to maintain service levels and minimize excess stock
• Drive preventive and corrective actions to reduce slow-moving, obsolete (SLOB) and near-expiry inventory
• Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory KPIs, identify business risks and implement improvement plans
• Lead and develop the planning team while improving planning processes, data quality and reporting
