Job summary

Quadra Surface is seeking a Sales Consultant in Jakarta to turn customer visions into premium living experiences. You will review warehouse-confirmed delivery plans, provide timely updates to customers, and monitor daily deliveries to ensure adherence to schedules.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Based at Meruya, Jakarta Barat, the position offers a performance-based commission and ongoing

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field.
Detail oriented, good communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent in Ms Excel and Accounting Software SAP is a MUST.
Prior experience working in fast paced and high volume environment will be a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

Review and verify the delivery plans that have been confirmed by the warehouse.
Provide timely delivery information and confirmations to customers.
Monitor daily deliveries to ensure they follow the approved delivery schedule.
Handle issues that arise during the delivery process, such as delays or customer complaints.
Coordinate effectively with the warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams.
