Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a People Development Specialist to design and conduct training programs that improve individual and organizational performance, aligning with company objectives. The role involves managing training need analyses, developing competency matrices, and coordinating leadership development initiatives.

The position focuses on internal and external training delivery, onboarding for new hires, and activities that enhance employee engagement within our Temanggung operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree of any major.
• Has minimum 3 years' experience Related to Training & People Development would be an advantage.
• Able to organize training and other events related with employee engagement.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Has knowledge in Leadership Development.

Responsibilities
