Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a People Development Specialist to design and conduct training and development programs that improve individual and organizational performance in line with company objectives.

The role covers internal and external training implementation, leadership development, onboarding for new hires, and ongoing support for people engagement initiatives within a large global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training & People Development is an advantage.
• Ability to organize trainings and events related to employee engagement.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of Leadership Development.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct internal and external training programs.
• Handle Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, and Training Records.
• Build Competency Matrix and Training Plans and coordinate Leadership Development.
• Coordinate onboarding training for new hires with subject matter experts in the factory.

• Responsible for internal and external training implementation
• Responsible in general training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation)
• Ensure training program implementation and responsible to build up Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program
• Implement onboarding training for new hire by involving respective subject matter expert in factory
• Support any activities related to people involvement & development

What will make you successful

• Minimum bachelor's degree of any major
• Has minimum 3 years' experience Related to Training & People Development would be advantage
• Able to organize training and another event related with employee engagement
• Excellence public speaking skill
