Job summary

Pandai Gadai is seeking a Funding Analyst to support the Head of Funding with local debt facilities, reporting, and data accuracy. You will manage lender/investor reporting, maintain funding trackers, and coordinate QA with Operations.

The role requires strong financial statement knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint. You'll ensure timely reporting, assist with debt schedules and covenant monitoring, and serve as the day-to-day contact for internal teams and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial banking, treasury, or lender/investor reporting.
• Experience working with banks or financial institutions is preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and ability to review data with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financing agreements and covenants is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit periodic lender and investor reports on schedule.
• Create recurring funding updates, board materials and decks.
• Maintain funding data room, trackers and covenant monitoring.
• Coordinate QA processes with Operations and track findings to resolution.
