Job summary

PT Klikcair Magga Jaya is seeking a diligent reporting analyst to translate business and transaction data into actionable reports for decision making. You will create and maintain transaction reports for lenders, support daily transaction reporting to regulators and internal stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy before submission.

Strong Excel and English skills are required. You'll monitor loan costs, maintain SOPs for reporting processes, and keep submission records organized for audit,

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reporting or data processing at a financial services company.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Experience with SLIK, APOLO, or other OJK reporting is a plus.
• Basic SQL is a plus.
• English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and transaction data into reports that support business decisions
• Create and maintain transaction reports for lenders
• Support reporting of daily transaction data including SLIK, APOLO, write off reports and other transaction reporting
• Support incidental transaction reports requested by OJK or management
• Check data accuracy before submission and follow up on any errors
• Monitor loan costs, including e-meterai, TTE, OTP, credit score and other operation costs
• Write and update SOPs for each reporting process
• Keep submission records organized for audit
