Job summary

DBS invites undergraduates and fresh graduates to join the Structured Internship Program at the Jakarta Head Office, a pathway toward DBS Management Associates. The program spans Consumer Banking Group, Institutional Banking Group and Technology & Operations, offering diverse exposure and hands-on learning.

Selected interns commit to a full-time schedule for up to 24 weeks from January to June, with opportunities across multiple tracks and potential long-term careers within DBS.

Qualifications

• Matriculated undergraduates in their final year or fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for up to 24 weeks between January to June in DBS Jakarta Head Office.
• For the CBG, IBG, and Operations track: Open to students from all fields of study. For the Technology track: Open to Analytics and Computing, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Info-Communications, or related disciplines.
• Not on Leave of Absence (LOA).
• Self-motivated team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; adaptable, creative, decisive and resilient; demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.

Global Transaction Services (GTS): comprises of Cash Management & Trade, Securities Services & Fiduciary Services, and Digital Channels. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows.
