Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
3+ years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing with focus on Azure and AWS.
Experience with Azure and AWS solutions like Azure Security, Entra, M365, Defender; AWS Lambda, EC2, Fargate.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong communication and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

Perform Day-2 operational activities across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Monitor and maintain availability, health, performance, and capacity of cloud services.
Operate production workloads and infrastructure per SLAs, SLOs, and procedures.
Operate and troubleshoot Azure services such as VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure SQL, Load Balancer, Entra ID, Monitor, Recovery Services.
Troubleshoot connectivity between cloud services, on-premises, and across AWS and Azure.
Monitor infrastructure and cloud services using native and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Analyze metrics, logs, events, alerts, and performance data to identify issues.
