Job summary

Sate Khas Senayan is seeking a Data Analyst to collect and interpret operational data, building dashboards and reports with Excel and Power BI. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and ensure data accuracy across sources.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, 1 year of experience or internships, and strong analytical and collaborative skills. The role is based at the Central Jakarta head office and offers room to grow in a busy hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship experience welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query), Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Willing to work at Head Office – Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and business users.
• Extract, clean, and validate data using SQL to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze sales, operational, and business performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Gather and benchmark external market data to support business analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill reporting requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of company data.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
