Job summary

Sekolah.mu seeks a data-driven Analyst to translate business needs into analytical questions and deliver actionable insights for decision-makers in Jakarta. You will build data models, dashboards, and reports, guiding stakeholders with clear storytelling and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements include 1–2 years of experience, strong SQL, and proficiency with Tableau or Looker Studio/Metabase, plus fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or other quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role; fresh graduates welcome with required skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python or R is preferred.
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio/Data Studio, Metabase.
• Ability to develop clear, insightful reports and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, generate actionable insights, and ask the right questions to support data-driven decision-making and drive meaningful business impact.
• Define business problems and analytical objectives by translating business needs into clear questions, objectives, and success metrics.
• Assess data feasibility and requirements, including data sources, limitations, and appropriate analytical approaches.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data by developing data models/marts, testing, and identifying meaningful patterns.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that effectively communicate findings and answer key business questions.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through clear data storytelling tailored to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are feasible, relevant, and continuously improved.
