Job summary

JAPFA seeks a detail-oriented Data Collection & Analysis Staff to gather, organize, and interpret data across the company to support informed decisions. You will design data collection strategies, validate data quality, and build databases and dashboards for insights.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and experience with Excel, SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools. English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in data collection, data entry, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, Python, SPSS, SAS).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective strategies for data collection from various sources, including internal systems, external databases, surveys, and field observations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.
• Develop and maintain robust databases and data management systems to store and retrieve information efficiently.
• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend identification to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Create clear, concise, and impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., production, sales, marketing) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify areas for process improvement in data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
