Job summary

Akulaku Group in Jakarta is seeking a Data Analyst to assist data collection, cleaning, and entry from multiple sources, and to help transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.

You will ensure data quality, support reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making. Minimum 1–2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are required. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and basic knowledge of Python or SQL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data processing/analysis languages.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic querying.
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of statistics and their application to data sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Collection & Entry from various sources (databases, surveys, sensors).
• Help process raw data into usable formats (ETL/ELT).
• Ensure data quality and proper formatting.
• Assist reports or dashboards for the data team.
• Maintain and update datasets for data management and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making.
• Perform other data-related tasks as required.
